Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, a courteous representative from Usalama Tours will greet you. A short, approximately 15-minute transfer will take you to your hotel. Settle in for an overnight stay and enjoy breakfast the following morning, preparing you for the adventures ahead.
After a hearty breakfast, your experienced driver-guide will meet you at your guesthouse. You’ll then embark on a scenic six to seven-hour drive to the magnificent Murchison Falls National Park, passing through the Luwero Triangle. A highlight en route will be a visit to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a unique on-foot rhino tracking experience. Following this exciting encounter, you’ll continue to Murchison Falls, with a pleasant lunch stop along the way.

A prompt start with breakfast precedes an exhilarating two to three-hour game drive within Murchison Falls National Park, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife observation. Later, a relaxing two-hour boat safari on the Nile River provides a different perspective, allowing you to observe hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of water birds in their natural environment. You’ll return to Pakuba Safari Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today’s journey takes you towards Kibale Forest, with the surrounding landscape characterized by picturesque tea plantations. Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the natural environment with an engaging walk through the Bigodi Swamp. Local guides will share their knowledge of the swamp’s diverse flora and fauna. As the day ends, you’ll check in to Primate Kibale Lodge, preparing you for the next day’s activities.

The focus of today is a memorable chimpanzee habituation experience within Kibale Forest. You’ll have the opportunity to spend time observing these fascinating primates, witnessing their interactions and behaviors in their natural setting. You’ll return to Primate Lodge for relaxation and to reflect on your chimpanzee encounter.

Today you’ll travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying the changing scenery along the way. Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a game drive, providing chances for further wildlife sightings. As evening approaches, you’ll arrive at Buffaloe Safari Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Another game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park offers more opportunities to spot wildlife. Later, a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel provides a unique perspective of the park’s ecosystem and its inhabitants. You’ll return to Buffaloe Safari Lodge for the night.

Enjoy a final game drive before travelling to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will be accommodated at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge, situated within this biodiverse area, providing a tranquil forest setting.

Your Ugandan and Rwandan adventure concludes with a final day in Kigali. A city tour will take you to significant sites, including the craft market and the Gisozi Genocide Memorial.
